Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Ecoplaid Cleaning. Our Booking Policy helps ensure a smooth, organized, and stress-free experience for all clients. By scheduling a cleaning service with us—through our website, text, phone, or email—you agree to the following terms.

1. How to Book a Service

You may book a cleaning service using:

  • Our Instant Estimate tool

  • “Request an On-Site Quote” option

  • Website contact form

  • Phone or text message

  • Email

 

We will confirm every appointment through text, phone, or email.

2. Instant Estimate vs. On-Site Quote

Instant Estimate

  • Gives a quick, approximate price based on basic home details.

  • The final cost may change if the home condition differs from the description.

 

On-Site Quote (Recommended for Accuracy)

  • A member of our team visits your home to assess its condition.

  • Ensures the most accurate and fair price before service begins.

  • Clients may choose this option at any time.

 

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive:

✔ A confirmation message
✔ The date and time of the service
✔ Any necessary preparation instructions

 

We may request additional information (square footage, number of rooms, pets, special conditions, etc.) to ensure proper scheduling.

4. Arrival Window

To accommodate traffic, parking, and service length, arrival times may include a 30–60 minute window.


We always communicate any delays as soon as possible.

5. Access to the Property

Clients must ensure we have safe and timely access to the home through:

  • Being home at the scheduled time

  • Door codes or lockbox

  • Authorization for building entry

 

If we cannot access the property, we may charge a lockout fee (see cancellation policy).

6. Pets

We love pets! However:

  • Pets must be secured before the cleaning team arrives

  • Aggressive or loose animals that interfere with the cleaning may cause rescheduling

  • Please notify us in advance if pets will be present

 

7. Home Condition

If the condition of the home is significantly different from what was described during booking, we may:

  • Adjust the price

  • Adjust the service duration

  • Reschedule if the condition is unsafe or outside our scope

 

This includes heavy buildup, excessive clutter, biohazards, infestations, or unsafe conditions.

8. Supplies & Equipment

We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and tools.
If you prefer we use your products, please inform us before the appointment.

Eco-friendly or standard options are available upon request.

9. Recurring Services

Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, monthly) enjoy:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Consistent team (when possible)

  • Locked-in pricing unless home needs or frequency change

 

If more than 45 days pass between visits, a deep clean fee may apply.

10. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service, unless prearranged.

Accepted payments:

  • Cash (if approved)

  • Card

  • Bank transfer

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

 

Invoices are available upon request.

11. Customer Satisfaction

If you have concerns or notice any issues, let us know within 24 hours.
We will return to fix the area at no additional charge.
