Payment Terms:

Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept digital payments (e.g., cash, card, bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle) and other methods as stated at booking.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing after an in-person walkthrough or upon arrival if the home’s condition differs from what was originally described.

⚫ 4. Service Changes & Modifications

Ecoplaid Cleaning may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
We will always notify clients in advance of any major service or pricing changes.

⚫ 5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Clients must follow our official Cancellation & Booking Policy, which will be provided during booking and posted on our website.

We reserve the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees when applicable.

⚫ 6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of our cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not apply to:

Areas not included in the cleaning plan
Spaces inaccessible during the cleaning
Conditions impossible to restore (e.g., permanent stains, damage, heavy buildup requiring specialty services)

⚫ 7. Client Responsibilities

For safety and efficiency, clients agree to:

Provide safe access to the property
Ensure pets are secured
Disclose any hazards (broken furniture, mold, chemicals, sharp objects, etc.)
Provide working utilities (water, electricity, lighting)

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe.

⚫ 8. Liability & Limitations

Ecoplaid Cleaning is licensed and insured in the state of California.

However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Loose or improperly installed fixtures
Items not disclosed as fragile
Natural wear or age-related deterioration
Allergic reactions to cleaning products if not disclosed before service

We cannot guarantee results on surfaces damaged by previous chemical misuse or poor maintenance.
